1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sentrix Axis's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Sentrix Axis provides comprehensive cybersecurity services including:

• VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing): Systematic evaluation of your systems to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
• Managed SOC (Security Operations Center): 24/7 monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and security operations management.
• DLP (Data Loss Prevention): Solutions for AWS, Azure, and GCP to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
• Cybersecurity Consulting: Strategic security assessments, compliance guidance (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2), and security architecture design.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with Sentrix Axis agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant appropriate access to systems, networks, and documentation as required
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access methods provided
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Notify Sentrix Axis promptly of any security incidents or concerns
• Implement remediation recommendations in a timely manner

4. Confidentiality

Sentrix Axis commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information, data, and findings. We will:

• Protect all client data using industry-standard security measures
• Limit access to client information to authorized personnel only
• Not disclose any findings, vulnerabilities, or sensitive information to third parties without written consent
• Return or securely destroy all client data upon service completion or termination
• Maintain confidentiality obligations even after service termination

5. Payment Terms

All payments are required in advance as per the individual service agreement during the service purchasing process. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. General terms include:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur interest charges as per applicable law
• Services may be suspended for non-payment after written notice
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements

6. Limitation of Liability

While Sentrix Axis strives to provide the highest quality services:

• We cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be identified
• Security testing may carry inherent risks to systems and operations
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service
• Clients are responsible for implementing security recommendations
• We are not liable for damages resulting from third-party actions or client system failures

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• Written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediate termination for material breach of terms
• Non-payment or violation of confidentiality obligations
• Upon completion of agreed-upon services
• Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

9. Refund Policy

Refund will not be initiated once the trial period is complete or your current plan is activated.

10. Privacy Policy

At Sentrix Axis, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal and business information.

Information Collection

We collect information necessary to provide our services, including contact details, system configurations, and security logs. We do not collect unnecessary personal data.

Use of Information

Collected information is used solely for:

• Delivering agreed-upon cybersecurity services
• Communicating regarding service updates and security alerts
• Improving our service offerings and security capabilities
• Complying with legal obligations

Data Protection

We implement robust security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
